Immerse yourself in the heart of the Ecuadorian Amazon with an unforgettable experience in the Cuyabeno Wildlife Reserve, one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on the planet. From the moment you arrive at the Cuyabeno port and begin your 20-minute canoe journey, you will feel the jungle come alive around you as you reach your lodge, surrounded by untouched nature.
Throughout this adventure, you will explore rivers and stunning lagoons such as the breathtaking Laguna Grande, where sunsets paint the sky in unforgettable colors. You will venture deep into the rainforest through both day and night walks, discovering its sounds, scents, and incredible wildlife, including exotic birds, monkeys, sloths, caimans, and the fascinating pink river dolphins.
One of the most enriching moments is the visit to the Siona community, where you can connect with their ancestral culture, learn about their way of life, and take part in traditional activities such as making cassava bread (casabe). You will also experience the magic of the Amazon at sunrise with an early morning birdwatching walk, followed by breakfast, before returning around 11:00 a.m., taking with you unforgettable memories.
